Foreign local contracts
Given the specific international markets in
which we operate, there is a natural flow of new employees
originating from countries outside the Netherlands. We offer only
local contracts and no special expat contracts. Nonetheless,
employees coming outside of the Netherlands with a specific
expertise that is unavailable or scarce on the Dutch labour market
may be eligible for a special expense reimbursement: 30% ruling.
This means that 30% of your wage will be paid as a tax-free
allowance. We assist employees in applying for this 30% ruling.
We acknowledge that moving to the Netherlands can have a
substantial impact on both the personal and professional life of
the new employee. Our foreign local policy aims to smooth the
transition to the Netherlands of the employee and his/her family,
by facilitating the move both financially and non-financially. This
also enables the employee to focus on his/her new professional
career as soon as possible.
